All fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable. Receipt of these fees confirms your decision to enroll your child and insures a place in the school roster. Since our program and licensing requirements require us to engage staff based on the number of students enrolled for the year. Refunds or discounts are not given for holidays, teacher planning days, or absenteeism for any reason.

Tuition and Fees vary per grade level (see above). Fees are due on the 7th of every month beginning Monday, August 7, 2023. Payments received after the 14th of the month will incur a $25 late fee. Students will not be permitted to begin classes until the first payment is received. The above fees does not include extracurricular activities such as field trips, sports, cheerleading, clubs, etc.

 

Tuition and Fees are based on a fixed amount for the entire school year. This agreement to pay tuition for the duration of the school year  is a binding contract between BOLCA and the parent(s), legal guardian, etc. We offer one payment plan as a matter of courtesy; The Plan requires 10 equal monthly payments. The amount of each payment plan will be determined at time of registration.
